Pack Your Items
Securely pack the hardware in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
